IT Specialist - Full Time

Job Description

The IT Specialist will provide Tier 1 support for our office, warehouse, and production environments, administration of IT resources as well as project support and other as needed duties for the IT team.

Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Provide Tier 1 support help for 75+ user environment
  • Provide support for infrastructure-related issues such as server and network issues
  • Perform hardware and software installation, setup, and administration
  • Identify and escalate situations requiring urgent attention
  • Collaborate in a cross-functional role with IT Manager to absorb functional business demands
  • Provide project support to our IT Manger for in progress ERP implementation project
  • Receive training on IT infrastructure and applications
  • Support IT business application integration, implementation, and upgrades

Job Requirements

  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite, Outlook, Teams
  • Ability to administer and troubleshoot Windows Server systems
  • Associates/bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent years of work experience
  • Intermediate understanding of switches, routers, wifi, and TCP/IP networking
  • Excellent communication, time management and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to be on-call some nights and weekends
