Johnson Level Becomes SPEC MIX BRICKLAYER 500 & Level Sponsor
MEQUON, WI, December 20, 2010 --Johnson Level & Tool, leader in spirit levels and laser levels, has become the exclusive level sponsor for the 2011 SPEC MIX BRICKLAYER 500® National, held in conjunction with the World of Concrete tradeshow, in Las Vegas, Nevada on January 19, 2011.
The Bricklayer 500 is a national competition comprised of the best bricklayers in the world, who qualified in regional events throughout North America. Twenty, two-man teams of a mason and mason tender, compete to lay the most brick within strict quality standards. The masons compete before a crowd of 3,000 spectators for over $100,000 in cash and prizes, the largest purse of any masonry competition.
"Participating in 13 qualifying regional competitions and the national event puts us in direct contact with the masonry tradesman who uses levels and lasers every day.
