Johnson Level 5500 - 9" Magnetic Glo-View® Heavy Duty Aluminum Torpedo Level
Johnson Level's 5500 level is made of a super strong 9" solid aluminum frame containing 3 vials that read plumb, level and 45°. It features Johnson Level's patented Glo-View® technology vial to enhance readability in low light. It's powerful GripTight® rare earth magnets hold to ferrous metal surfaces and the v-groove frame fits on pipe and conduit. The surroundView® vials also reflect ambient light for easier readability.

The Johnson Level 5500 level is the worlds only torpedo level with iridescent vial surrounds that illuminate the vial in dim lighting without the benefit of a battery or an outside power source. This nine-inch torpedo level features a solid die-cast aluminum frame; no matter how rigorous the job site is, this tool will withstand the impact. Also included with this level are three durable acrylic vials that read level, plumb, and 45 degrees. Built into this level are three rare earth magnets that do not degrade over time with five times the holding power of traditional magnets that allows the end user to work hands-free when working on bar stack or flat metal surfaces.
